We have had no experience with eReputation Builder, but we have had experience with Jerry Hart . If he is involved with this, then the only thing he might be able to offer is how to try and cover up past mistakes. There were some great comments and promises on that website like we mentioned about his previous promises. We want to address those current comments and compare it to how he handled his reputation with us.

Increase Positive Reviews

This is easy. Provide quality services. Do not over promise or under deliver. Address every customer who is upset and turn them into a positive review. They will become your best customer. Positive reviews are not a frequent as negative reviews, so should be a main focus. Your true customers will recommend you if you have provided at least the services you have promised.

Jerry Hart failed to do just that. Jerry Hart over promised and came no where near delivering what was promised. The only thing he delivered was a bill. The first $5000 we just ate it as a mistake. The second $5000 was a fraudulent bill and we never received what was promised. He never tried to solve this problem and never offered an apology or refund. He took the money and ran!

Unsatisfied Customers

The way Jerry Harts new online scheme is offering to handle unsatisfied customers would have been nice if he handle us that way. The website claims:

“Any complaint they may have, and stops them from posting a negative review on highly ranked review sites. A separate form is available for customers who are not satisfied with their experience. This is what stops them from going to a third party site. They will have the option to voice their complaint, which is then sent to key internal contacts. Once a complaint is filed, an automated email is sent to your customer notifying them that someone will contact them shortly.”

This starts out sounding like a Jerry Hart move. Basically try to suppress the complaint. Then at the end it says that someone will address the complaint to help satisfy the customer. With his own business he did not do this!

Unmasking the Anonymous

They say they will help prevent reviews from people who hide behind the anonymity of the web. Well our problem was public and he had our details. He new how to address and who it was coming from. If he cannot address complaints from people he knows, how can he address complaints from so-called anonymous?

Shouldn’t it? Especially in the case of Jerry Hart? If you scam someone for an additional $5,000 and didn’t deliever on the first $5,000 shouldn’t that be a huge red flag?! Most small companies and individuals do not know how to get their voice heard on the web, especially when we had the problem with Jerry Hart. It is now getting easier, but if you engage in bad business practice, what is the likelihood that you will again?

If you were reformed and changed your way, don’t you think you should apologize and try to repair your past problems? The irony of him working to help people to repair their online business is too much. Unless it is teaching people how to cover up their past mistakes, it looks like it is another scam he is involved in – but we are not going to find out again – lesson learned.

However Jerry Hart hasn’t learned and we are going to help him with his new internet business. This is how you should repair your online reputation – based on how Jerry Hart did not handle his!

Own Up To Your Mistake as Early As Possible
Own up to what you did. If you made a mistake you own up to it. You contact the person you wronged and you try to settle it. You should even go above and beyond and do it as early as possible so you don’t have to pay a company like what Jerry Hart is working on now to do it after it is too late.

Apologize and Fix Your Mistake
If you ran a scam and seen the light – you should be taught to apologize for it. Apologize take a bigger person, and further demonstrates why Jerry Hart is less. He never responded or reached out like his new services claims to do.

Do Not Over Promise and Under Deliver
We worked with Jerry Hart at every step to make this campaign as good as possible. I doubt most small business have the time or expertise to try and offer as much assistance as we did. It turned out that we had more than him and were able to rank our rip off report higher than his websites in Google. No not promise what you can not do. If you do make a promise do more! Do more than what your customer expects and that’s how you get positive reviews and have people to go out of their way to comment positively about you.

Do Not Try to Sweep It Under The Rug
This was water under the bridge for us, but obviously not for Jerry Hart. He has his new operation going where he convinces people to use his service to help them repair their online reputation. To do that, he has to convince people he has a good reputation. So, he attempts to have these posts removed and never contacts us directly. He wants to sweep it under the rug and act like it never happened. Refer to advice 1, 2, and 3 Jerry and don’t poke a hornets nest!
